6.2 Upon termination:
Access to the Service will cease immediately;
Any pending investigations or compliance reviews may continue.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Lottostar’s total liability under these Terms shall not exceed:
The total amount deposited by You within the preceding three months; or
ZAR equivalent of 100 USD where no deposits have been made.
7.2 Lottostar shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages;
Loss of profits or business interruption;
Technical failures beyond reasonable control.
7.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is unlawful.
8. “As Is” Disclaimer
8.1 The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
8.2 Lottostar does not guarantee that:
The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free;
All defects will be corrected;
The platform will always be free from technical issues or harmful components.
9. Governing Law

10. Dispute Resolution

11. International Users

11.2 Users accessing the Service from outside South Africa are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws.
12. Severability and Waiver
